Instead of all this spam, can't you Mr. Vord go check how many times he has been banned ? If he has been banned just once then you can just change it to suspension and he will be right back on the server.. if not then I guess we wait for Hen to decide.

There's something to be said about people who cooperate with our staff. If your blatant disrespect for GM Vord throughout this thread and the previous was supposed to somehow make me want to assist you more, I can assure you it's done the opposite.

It's my belief that you should have received a 72-hour suspension for a second offense of the same kind; a step up from your first suspension. Having received a warning should have prevented this altogether. Since I was not there to witness the conversations taking place, you appeal this to me, yet I was not there. So for me to make an informed decision isn't easy to be fair to both sides. I would still agree a suspension was deserved on this case since usually third offenses should be when an account is finally closed. On exception for severe offenses such as hacking, win-trading or any other forms of cheating, etc.

With that said, I will leave the decision on whether or not to lower this to a suspension or leave it the same entirely at Vord's discretion.

I did stop after i got warned n yet i got banned after the warn.. when i havent said anything to him anymore. And what i wanted by creating this topic was an unilateral GM that would give me a punishment from his point of view.

YOU take the rule only serious when it comes to staff. So why having a point, why you do it like that, its still not really subjective, since there should be no difference for applying rules, that is decided by the status of the "victim". (and from my pov, not really fair/needed either as long its just trolling and not blunt insulting) But of course I am not in the position to call it right/wrong and by all means, not trying to tell you how to do your job, just sayn.

Mr. Fridge had a nice point about you having ignore + mute too. So even more option, than a normal player.

Yes I agree that he broke the rule couple times already and deserved the previous suspensions but if its true that he got a warning and stopped after it, banning him without repeating the offense sounds at least harsh.
