X-52 Rocket Helmet, Warden <3

Ok so i am rather disappointed that after spending an hour trying to get X-52 Rocket Helmet Ive made my way to a quest that cannot be finished. Thought it could work now that supposedly "plenty" of quests have been fixed but apparently thats not the case here. Another disappointment came as i was trying to dismount in air, getting stuck in mid air constantly. I believe this is an issue with slow fall too so whateva.
