Neutral Dueling Area ( Cross Faction )

I think this would be a great add to the server. It would help both Alliance & Horde to train if they could duel against each other as well. Racials play a huge role in some duels, and it would be nice to experience it all on a friendly, prepared 1v1 situation, where new guys who don't know all racials or how to react to them can learn.

On Molten I've seen them do it. It's quite a nice add. How hard it is to script and debug, I have no idea. Also, for people who play during the low-population hours/off-hours of the server due to time zones, it could be a nice way to have some fun while waiting for BG queues.

Seriously, what prevents you from dueling outside of Shattrath?

Other players disturbing your duels maybe? And Crossfaction healers.
