It is a stupid idea, but guess what--it's wrong. The times were designed in EST so give it a +6 hours to server time that = 1PM which is during peak time. Since I'm not on at 7am ever, I've never was able to notice this problem until several weeks ago. It's actually not a high priority so plans to fix it have been in this database switch over break that I'm currently working on.

You were cussing at Henhouse for his "stupidity". We can suspend anyone anytime for insulting staff members.

Telling someone to accept they are wrong and then everything will be okay is not a good decision. I don't think either party was correct in all ways, but the fact is that you are going about this in a horrible direction. Being offended that we did what we did makes us believe you think you are better/smarter than us and that we don't know what we are doing. If you had acted more humbly than this would have probably blown over but I do not feel sympathy for the decision that was made to you because you are clearly deserving of it.
