Once you have the patch Downloaded what do you do past that point? Please help.

Patch to version 2.4.3.

Then what after that? No deleting files? Nothing? Like once I click on the launcher wont it automatically update to other patches and shit?

The launcher will only update if you allow it to update. Ensure that the "set patchlist" line in the realmlist.wtf is set to a server address too (honestly another other than the Blizzard one will do) and you won't have that problem.

Edit the realmlist after you've finished patching to 2.4.3 as it will be overwritten by each patch you apply.
