Is it possible to get my badges of justice transfered to another character? Ive got plenty on almost every character and nothing to do with them.

We've always offered free transfers if you have 80+ badges on any single character.

Really? Thats great news. I shall try to arrange via ticket in that case. Id like to add that the characters arent on the same account (I have reached the capacity of my first account). Is it still possible to transfer badges?
