New Proc System - Introduction and Float chart

Dear community,

As you may or may not know, I have been working on a new Proc system for the server.
The current one is Really unstable and bugged and is bringing out performance down.
I have been looking for a nice and stable solution and I came very far with it.
For example, currently blackout is procing way to low, and that is because we do not have a lot of condition checks to base the proc off.

That is the reason why I made a whole new Condition system and a whole new and rewriten Proc system.
This new system will be running 60% or even more faster, will be a lot more secure and accurate, Will increase your joy to play on Smolderforge and will give you a fair battle against PvP or PVE Contents.

Currently this system is really in development and I will be working on it this weekend along with some other things I am working on.

To give you an example of how the system will progress in server (this is a internal kind of file but It is nice to know how your proc is handled) I made a simple Float Chart.
Just a note this is just a Float chart, Internal code will never be released to the world.

I hope that I will be releasing this system very soon, because Procs are just handled very bad right now.

ITS ABOUT TIME
