if he were to implement MMR that would only make things worse, what happens when the teams at 2k cant get any rating because their MMR is too high to match up against anyone?

If it were to be in 2.4.3 it would have to be hard-coded.

MMR on private servers is a very, very bad idea. I've seen it before, and witnessed other servers with it on. Even our Wrath server fell victim to it. It's not retail, MMR does not have the same outcome as it would on retail.
