I am kinda new so hello everyone. :)

I would like to ask you if Twin Blades are actually obtainable? I never saw any rogue with them and it's quite strange for me.

nope, they are too OP. you cannot obtain them, no matter what.

What about a replica? that causes 1-5 of damage :P
