If it's at 100% it's done downloading. Seeding means you are uploading it to others who are downloading. That's the way torrents work, it's peer-to-peer. Looks like you're done and can close the torrent or remove it from uTorrent. Go ahead and install the game.

Alright, so after it is downloaded. Where do I go to install it?

.. Wherever you downloaded the files to. If you're new at torrenting you probably let it download to the default folder called "Downloads" in "My Documents."

Mhm, I got to that, I go to "Installer" then when I press it, it brings up an old TBC page that says "World of Warcraft required"

Because you actually have to install WoW first before installing the expansion.

Do you can install multiple WoW clients, you just have to fool the installer to think it's not there anymore. Simply rename your folder of where Cata is installed (you can rename it back later) then run the installer and it'll allow you to "Install WoW" instead of only being able to press the "Play WoW" button.
