Doesn't work. Says requires Underground water source. I'm pretty sure I have the right location, I remember it from retail. Missing 2x objects?

Also doesn't work. Says something very similar to the above, I don't remember though since I did it last night (at like 3 a.m.)

The underwater source quest will be fixed on next update, i'll look into the Masters Terrace also!
