What is the bug? The talent Primal Tenacity does not work at all.

Increases your chance to resist Stun and fear mechanics by 5/10/15%. 

The talent does not give you a chance to resist stun or fear mechanics at all, at any rank.

Is it a spell or database issue? Spell

How can you reproduce it?

1) Create a Druid
2) Spend points in the Feral talent tree up to and including Primal Tenacity
3) Have someone else attempt to stun or fear you in a duel or in normal PvP.

With this, you will notice that no matter how many times they stun or fear you, you will not resist it. When I tested this, a friend and I went for a solid 15 minutes with no resists. I suppose it could also be really bad luck, but eh.

actually ferals resist my fears most of the time. unless it stopped working in the past couple of days i dont see anything wrong with it.

Hm not sure here, I've seen Ferals resist stuns, but that could have been because of the Metagem aswell, may I ask which stuns you tried it with? I guess Rogues would be the easiest to test it with (and Warriors).

I tested it with another Feral Druid. He'd stealth > Stun > Bear > Charge-stun > Restealth, and so on. I'd say we did this for a good 5 minutes. Not a single one was resisted. Also worth noting is the fact that I didn't have the meta gem on for stun/fear resist, so eh. It may be just that.

Feral charge is not a stun, it's an immobilization and interrupt. The talent in question doesn't give a resist chance to either of those. Pounce and Bash however should get resisted every once in a while. But to be sure you'll need to stun/fear a lot more than 5min.

Get a BM Hunter or a Destro Lock to stun and fearspam you next to the cooldown reset guy.
