I read over almost the entire plaintiff statement, I do recall them always addressing their accusee as "ScapeGaming." It does not have to be a registered company, it was an entity nevertheless. Just like Smolderforge is.

Also profiting 3 million is something only she was able to do due to the the prices she charged, the popularity, and the amount of servers. Only other people getting close to that is probably Molten-WoW and they have a large team of people I believe.

We would cap at my set limit. 10k players would literally DDoS the server, lol. Even retail's servers only hold 2500 players each. Cannot even imagine 10k O_o.

Blizzard wouldn't know I would make that much unless it was obvious, became known, etc. Peyton's financial information was leaked and stuff, that's what really got the attention of Blizzard. I mean it's surely possible, but they would probably just take all the assets and income that was made of the private server, which is probably what they did to her. Hoping she didn't spend all her 3 million...

But anyway, this is a weird topic to talk about publicly. I am in no means making that kind of money, please do not get that impression.
