Òõùäëèàìîïò fraction hacker!

Hello,

two days ago i started playing on this server, i'm from Austria by the way. I have a lot of fun here.

Now to the problem: As it says above it's about an fraction hacker named Òõùäëèàìîïò. It's a rogue who kills everybody that is low HP after duelling and he also saps everybody walking around out of fight...

Here you can see that he is a friendly target for me, but he has me in the target and saps me.

Please ban him, it is really annoying.
