I recommend then just using the torrent to download only the patches.

I hope you know how to actually use torrents, but you can select which parts to download, in this case I highly recommend only selecting the Patches folder to download: http://download-tbc.smolderforge.com

i need help please i downloaded the torrent and i downloaded WoW + BC + all the patches to 2.4.3.
i also downloaded the classic wow and bc and did the patches how do i keep it from updating to 3.0 so i can play bc i dont know what im doing wrong or what else i need to do... so if you can assist me and tell me what the next step is for it to work that would be amazing :)

Where your 3.0 WoW is installed, rename the folder and the Installer will not detect the 3.0 version you have installed.
