Donation code issue

I donated $5 for the S4 set on my paladin, however, the code i received on my email, the transaction ID, will not validate on the in-game NPC. I have re-checked it at least 10 times, both manually and by copy-paste and still it won't work. By the way, I have waited at least 10 hours since the donation was made and still no result.

I would be glad if any GM could email me @ [email protected] or send me an in-game mail (my character is mauers) explaining the issue and trying to fix it. Obviously, the paypal account/email used is different than the mail stated here. If you need information on that in order to proove the donation or anything else (the code itself for example), feel free to contact me.

Just email GM @ Smolderforge.com providing your Paypal email address and when I'm available (might vary depending on vacation and hotels with internet) I'll look up your code and email it back to you.

You seem to probably be using the code Paypal sent you, and not ours. Check your spam folder to see if our email possibly got filtered.
