DPS Caster gear

There isn't any @ the donor mall ( for free/gold )
Only dps caster shoulders cost 40k honor :/
why is this? Oh, and there's no DPS caster cape in there either.

There isn't caster's cape at donor's mall because some "clever" people thought this item is op as well as Hand of the Deceiver :)

A bliz cape was called op so they removed it?.... Well in that case, Windfury totem is OP and I demand it be removed... What a stupid fix to a problem, yay easy route!
