Shadow Priest Blackout Bug

Post by Firstaidkit »

Dear GM,

I'm playing Shadow Priest on Smolderforge TBC and lately I noticed that Blackout is still bugged because sometimes when I S:WD (Shadow:Word Death) blackout proccs on myself :(

Also I still get a WoW error each time I log in..

Just wanted to let you guys know :) So maybe you could take a look into it ;)!

Priest's talent, Blackout will no longer cast upon the caster with spells such as Touch of Weakness.

They fixed that ^^ but instead now it goes on Shadow: Word Death and if you don't believe me (like Zat) then go try it out before you even reply..

Touch of Weakness is a beneficial effect (on you) -_-
While taking damage from your own crap isn't. I don't know if that's working as intended (although it makes sense), but just saying it's bugged doesn't do the trick.

Dude that doesn't matters blackout should never procc on myself through S:WD this bugged after the new update when they fixed that "Touch of Weakness proccing blackout on caster bug".

Gives YOUR shadow spells a 10% chance to stun THE TARGET for 3 secs!

I'm not only starting bullshit threads Drogen ;) Also there was another thread from some other guy that had the same problem. Link: http://www.smolderforge.com/forums/view ... f=9&t=4032

Edit:

What server is this on? Wrath or TBC?
TBC

What is the bug?
Blackout proccs on myself when I'm casting Shadow: Word Death or Shadowfiend.

Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)
I think spell I'm not sure.

How can you reproduce it?
By putting 5 points in blackout in the Shadow talent tree and use Shadow: Word Death and Shadowfiend a few times (Because its a 10% chance it will proc)

Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
Actually your enemy needs to receive the blackout stun.

Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
Then I receive the blackout stun myself :(

It also procs when u summon shadowfind

but let that go i saw the above poster said it.,..

when talking about shadowfind i gotta say that IMO he gives low mana ... u can like fill up 7% on dummys and 1-3$% in pvp.... its way too low ...

Well let shadowfind and than at least reduce mana costs... srsly 800 mana for just entering Sform.... well i know those are right mana costs but when all ppl are geared same + better geared ppl + donors it can be like srsly annoying to drink after each fight.
