Everything about pvp has already been said:
You alone vs half the other team (5 chars) played by 5 different guys in a 10vs10 BG = dead
You alone vs half the other team (5 multibox chars) played by one guy in a 10vs10BG = dead

The OP thing usually is not the multibox thing, but rather that the people who controls it knows at least the basics of the game and just that is enough to make the difference. An example most good people will know in certain BGs: The BG is almost lost, you enter and then magically the opposite team retreats to their graveyard and you farm them. Then you exit the BG to do something and if you enter again some minutes later your team is being farmed. You push them and in minutes they are at their graveyard again and this time you stay and the BG ends that way. Well, if instead of one character that guy was able to control (even seriously limited compared with just controlling one) half of the team (lets say 5 characters) then the BG is lost for the other team for sure if they are the same people.

But well...

Even so I would like to ask from Henhouse that if the imbalanced thing to the eyes of some people is multiboxing in pvp, at least if a decision was going to be made, let it be legit for pve.

Well on Retail ...You actually have to pay for all those 7 IDs..and There way more people there...Since this is a private server....i think Muti-boxing should be Banned in PVP Only, Or limited to 2-3 Chars...

To be honest I would like to see multiboxing bannable, It's only a matter of time before some dick makes 5 donor POM mages and pretends he's a pvp god.
As has been said before it's only allowed on retail due to the fact that you have to buy and pay the subcription for each account, which to blizz makes it ok. I mean let's look at the facts.
1-This is indeed a player of the server on this server, and should in theory be allowed to play the way they want to. However, this ruins other players experience, much in the same way as hacking does(not calling it hacking, but it has the same effect)
2-The majority of the player base cannot/do not want to run several characters. This gives multiboxers an unfair advantage on the average player.
3-There are some classes that if Multiboxed would be seriously lame for anyone they fancy merking.(Multiboxing mage removes the possibility of the main character being raped via Iceblock, same with paladins)
4-Some classes have abilities that by themselves aren't rediculous and can be countered, but if done on multiple characters become so. (POM mages, Ele Sham, Assassination Rogues, Boomkins, etc)
In conclusion I think the potential players leaving as a result of being merk'd without a fighting chance, outweighs those of players leaving because they can't multibox.

TL;DR Version-Multiboxing is lame and gay.
I like turtles because they're so chill. They don't hurt anyone. They're just like, "Hey man, I want to swim, and maybe eat some lettuce. But I'm gonna take my time getting there, I'm not in a rush. Because I'm a turtle."

Multiboxing is lame...The 5 shamans had their own personal paladin healer to save the main shaman....u have to have a warlock/priest/warrior to fear bomb to kill them....

This is absolutely ridiculous. How multiboxers can not only get away with this, but not be punished. Ive just spent 1 hour getting ganked in Hyjal. Why didnt I leave? Because Im stubborn. And this is effectively ruining the pvp on this server.

Well that all depends on the type of bot. Some bots do exactly the same as the ''main bot''. They will use whatever skills the main bot uses, and walk where and when. Not much you can do when you have 5 druids on you spamming Wrath.

Multiboxers are not "bots" there seems to be a discrepancy between the two. I'm guessing not everyone understands what these two things are.

Botters, dumbed short for "robots" are programs that play your character for you. Commonly used on retail to level up character or to farm gold. They involve almost no human interaction expect for starting/fixing the bot.

Multiboxers are indeed humans. It is a player sitting there playing a character using a key-cloning program to send his key actions to all the other screens of WoW currently open making all the windows open of WoW mimic the actions of the main window. This is 100% legal in the Blizzard terms of use. Key cloning in no way modifies or reads any WoW data or does anything malicious therefore is not a "hack" or "exploit" the actions of using so on retail are perfectly available to do.
