Ticket is deleted if you offline?

When Ever i make a ticket .....why is it deleted if i was offline when that GM read it??
least You guys can do is mail the reply to me...

If your ticket has any of the following in it, it will get deleted.

" GM PLS WIS! "
" PLZ GM "
" GM PLZ "
" PLS GM ME WIS "
" I LOVE THE DIK! "

If it does not have anything similar, I'd recommend you check your mailbox.

My Ticket was about a small bug in the Hunter Pet Skills And About 2 Abuses.I dont think it was on accident cause it was my 3rd ticket.

We do not track bug reports in-game, we never have really. Player reports need to be screenshoted and posted on the forums or emailed to us. Most of the time we delete tickets that just say "ban XXXX they hacking" because by the time we get to it, the 5 minutes they were hacking has long been gone and there is 0 proof so we have to just close the ticket.
