Ban of an innocent

Greetiingz Smolderforge-Staff,
yesterday my arena partner "Slyx" recognized that hes´s banned. At first we thought about an error of the staff, that he is "accidentally" banned. Today we noticed that you assumed him to do wintrading.

"This Account has been closed que to disruption to the Arena environment through the practice of win-trading"

At least we can say that he never does wintrading. I would ask the staff, oder even the player to post a picture/proof on which we can see what he has done.
From my own experience i can say that he doesnt have to wintrade. He is currently Rank 1,3,4 and more.

Iam looking forward to hear from you guys.

Please do not post in random places, it is a waste of our time to have to constantly move threads around because people cannot take 2 seconds to read the title of the board they are posting in.

Nowhere are we subjected to having to provide "proof" or any "evidence" to the player of his/her ban. This would not only be time consuming but the majority of the time would not be needed. I can speak with this particular GM who placed the ban on the account. However, I will not go digging through logs and matching addresses for an hour just so I can tell you the same answer again. If it indeed wasn't the owner of the account, that is likely due to someone else accessing the account which is not our fault either since responsibility of an account is completely owner's, and the owner's alone.

Sorry for that. My fault. Im an idiot. Nevermind, Henhouse you didnt understand what i asked the staff and what i tried to explaine. So dont waste your important time for us.

(It was told that he would have wintraded with me in the last season. Problem is, that we didnt played together in the past season)

Win-trading people are usually banned if they are caught in that moment, with providing evidence usually in the form of screenshots or when we close an arena season and the fact a team win-traded is over-obvious. However, I don't think there were any of those this season.

If another GM doesn't mind taking the time to research this I don't mind what their conclusion is, it's just I for one do not have the time to look into this. Best the GM who placed the ban shed some light on the situation.

I can confirm Anakis and Slyx didn't wintraded.
They are just a fucking good sp / rogue prolly the best on this server.

I have been watching his stream alot when he made the new teams.
