problem with donate

hey,

i have a problem with donate, i try to speak with a gm about the problem, but he dont wanted to help.
my mother donated with paypal with a @live.de email, but on her email she dont get a code, or something.
Whats the problem or how can someone help me?

i only have a transaction-id, but when i put this code on the donator-npc is my code to long

Only I can assist you with donations, so the GMs probably were directing you to me or simply not answering your ticket before they cannot help you.

You can either email GM @ Smolderforge.com with your Paypal email address you donated from for verification and we can reply with the code, or open an in-game ticket with the email address and we'll send you the code to you.
