Why would I want to work for Smolderforge?
- While working for Smolderforge is a complete voluntary job, it does have many benefits. You work your own hours, get to know the staff better, have an inside knowledge of the going-ons at work, help Smolderforge stay clean and safe, get to experiment things, watch over people without them knowing (arena matches!), explore all aspects of the game and its hidden maps and secrets, but also -- have a sense of pride while on the job. Working at Smolderforge is supposed to be a fun thing to do. If at anything you feel the job is a burden on you, you're free to resign at any given time. Of course, it is not an easy, sit-back and relax kind of job -- there is work involved. You have guidelines and rules you must follow while carrying out the work that is to be done. You're an essential and vital part of the community. The face to the server, the helper, the friend, and the companion. Game Masters help form and shape the respect and pride of a community by their professionalism, esteem and integrity. This is one of the utmost important things to realize as part of the staff. This is why we are picky at choosing who we feel is the best to represent us.
