Cyclone buged

Heyho,
my problem is that the ability "Cyclone" isnt banable with insignia. Thats a big problem, because the CC of the druid is hard enough, but with this bug its too hard now.
I played long enough on a normal blizz server to know what im talking about, but this bug is nauseously!

Hope u can help me with it and maybe im not alone with this statement.

Cyclone is now fixed cause now you can trinket it. Just like retail.
