Recently after checking the GM logs I stummled upon Fraternity's typed commands of giving a Badge of Justice, several. I checked what happened right before that, he summoned his alt: Hidan. I checked the Badge of Justice log, it was given to a player GUID: ######. So I checked that GUID --- Hidan.
This action inflicts with GM CoC terms:
Game Masters are not allowed to give players items. It is strictly prohibited to give out any type of gear/items rewarded to donors, and/or gear/items obtained though the rewards system on the server. However you are able to give players items for recreational use such as professions.
Game Masters are prohibited to abuse powers granted to them for support use only, such as the commands listed but not limited to the following: Using .die repeatedly on a player for personal fun, or learning player non-class spells.
Game Masters CANNOT wear or give themselves any type of gear other than that Game Master robes provided for them via GM Clothes Vendor. Your normal, player account are prohibited to have any gear obtained or rewarded for donating.
Game Masters CANNOT give their alternative accounts' characters special items, spells, and/or GM items and spells. Your alternative accounts should be 100% like a normal player.
For these violations, Fraternity has been removed from the Game Master Support team on Smolderforge.

No, maybe if your lucky your IP will change, but both accounts are closed and your IP banned from the server. Why would I even think of unbanning you for this? I mean look, you didn't even think to apologize, you don't care.
So no, no I will not unban you, nor any of the accounts. Be careful or I'll remove the forum account. I just suggest you don't post on it anymore.
