And, hit and resist have nothing in common. Like stuns are less likely to hit an orc because of their racial, and they resist it. Even just a small base amount is taken into effect by TBC RNG standards. RNG, being the Random Number Generator meaning they can resist just about anything even if they have 1% resistance.
and for the 3rd time or so the Druid has no resistance at all.... NELF Druid means he uses his MotW or GotW buff that gives him like 33 resistance. BUT I have 34 spell penetration!! Meaning he has 0 resistance because spell penetration lowers your opponents resistance!!
So can you now explain me HOW he could resist it?
HE hasn't got any resistance and I'm still have 5 points in Shadow focus: Reduces your target's chance to resist your shadow spells by 10%
So.... what RNG where you talking about ?
