banned again?

alright i was playing a few months back and my ip had been banned for a friend abusing a bug on the server therefore i was also banned and talked to toaster and was unbanned. played for maybe 3 days and my hard drive fried and just recently got it back and updated everything but it says my account is banned if any gm could help me figure out why that would be great

In the future please specify an account name since we don't know if your username on the forums is or not.

This account has been permanently closed due to damage hacking.

the account in game is the same as the forums and yes thats exactly what i got banned for before but that was taken care of already and i was unbanned. i played a few days after and if im not mistaken was banned again because i was unaware of it happening the second time? toast or toaster resolved this ban once before not sure if he currently works on smolderforge because i had a friend living in my house he got an ip ban and it also banned me is there some way we can take care of this?

sorry if i sound like a complete asshat! just a little frusterated right now finally got my pc back and had to make a new account. but i would really like your input on how maybe to fix this situation or not either way is cool i can work to get the stuff back im not worried about it but it would have been nice ya know? but i got to play again so happy for that been way to long without my pc. i hope that we can resolve this minor issue thanks for your time

Hey Toast here, old GM i think i do remember you. did this involve your friend abusing the druid bug in ICC? if so then yes you should be unbanned although something that needs to be looked into a bit further by Henry since I can't check ban details anymore :)

yea thats what it was toast and a beat him up for getting me banned lol. yea thank you guys so much and im sorry for any inconveinence i might have caused and once again thank you guys so much
