See your "realmlist" file in World of Warcraft folder. It says "text" file. That means you named it:

realmlist.wtf.txt

Instead of:

realmlist.wtf

So open notepad and instead the set realmlist stuff again and save ONLY AS "realmlist.wtf" NO EXTENSION on the end and put that in the folder then try to run the game now.
