Using same frost spec...only i havent taken focuse magic and put that point into spellimpact, no impr water ele, therefore 15% freeze chance, no winters chill therefore impr cone of cold as i use that a lot.

Winter's chill is probably the most useful thing in the world. Do you know what dispell protection is. The point of it is not to give 5 crit but to give 5 debuffs to stop people from dispelling our useful things. Not taking it is about as moronic as not sheeping ever ever ever...

your right, even tho it pretty much depends on your enemy team's classes. But yes your right, wondering why i havent thought of that lol

if you only are like dueling and not doing to much arena you can go W/O it but the imp ele is helping you'r mana alot.

Those specs are standard you can look almost everywhere and find them so why not on this forum aswell :)
