Voting system for TBC

So a few of you might be aware we were in the process of implementing a voting system right before the whole acquiring a wrath server thing. My idea was to make it work with our donation system, like a separate NPC but you enter a code to get your badges.

After seeing how much easier it is on Pineapple with the ExternalMail patch to simply get them mailed to you in-game. I see that this is a LOT better and less confusing. So I'm in the process of backporting a new MaNGOS structure into OregonCore so that this patch can be applied soon.

So hopefully TBC Smolderforge will have our voting site up to earn some easy Badges of Justice :D
