Dire Bear form not giving correct health

Ok. in humanoid form i have about 26k health unbuffed and when i switch to dire bear form i only have 31k health which is leaving me at a missing 2k health. since db form gives 25% health i should b getting roughly 6k health at that humanoid health to db form health.

26,000 + 25% = 32,500. Missing 1500.

26,000 + 20% = 31,200.

I assume Dire Bear calculation is 20% on here instead of 25%.

Actually I kind of noticed something, it says increases your Stamina, not your total health, let's say I have 30,000 HP but only 2200 Stamina, 8K are from beeing 80 or something. It won't give you +25% total health.
