Validation Code isn't working

Hi like the topic title says I just donated for the mall access but after I used it once and tried to use it again it won't accept the code? Is there anything I can do?

Ok after doing a little bit more research it appears that I was suppose to set my HS to the donor mall. My mistake but is there anything I can do now to get back to the mall??

You will need to make an ingame ticket and provide proof you are a donor

I'm the only one that can assist with donations, and I'm currently on vacation and not really monitoring in-game stuff. If you could email me or send me a PM with your email address you donated from I'll look up the code from your email address.
