Invalid Password

I was playing on my druid, in Scarlet Citadel when 2 healers left, I said to leader that I could come with my shaman healer, and I loug out, but when I log out to log in my shaman, my acc didnt has any char, so I have press "esc" and type my password again, but appears an error mensage that say password is wrong, but I can log my account on site and it say that my account is active...
I have try create other account and same mensage appears...
My brother have the same problem, I dont know why.. (we use the same IP)

Please, help me, I wanna play again....

Just to reply to this thread, the issue was a problem with the database program last night, but we've already moved servers over to Europe now so the problem has been resolved. Your password was not changed, it was just not able to validate it in the database.
