Add Living Earth Shoulders Recipe to Profession Vendors

Didn't really want to create a separate post for this but the original one was locked. Make it cost whatever the appropriate amount of badges is. Looking at the Blacksmith and the Tailor vendors it should be around the realm of 40-60 badges (most likely 60).

There are more BT shoulder patterns other than that one :D

I am sorry to say that we will not add such recipes because they do drop from Scarlet Citadel and Black Temple trash mobs and players have to do those raids in order to get them.
