Race Change Error - Need GM Assistance

Hi,

I made a race change via vote token almost a week and a 1/2 ago roughly for one of my alt characters. However, I encountered a strange error -- I originally wanted him from Gnome to Undead. When I spoke with the NPC, I accidently clicked troll the first time but did not accept the changes. Pressed ESC, I restarted the process again and hit undead the second time, but when my character was booted to the character screen, he was changed to troll still. Made 2x GM ticket about it roughly the same time (1 1/2 weeks ago) and also sent an email but still no response. First GM ticket went through but I got no official reply since I was offline. Second GM ticket is still on my character but has been changed to "Your Ticket has been escalated" and has been sitting this way for a few days now.

Still waiting patiently but if I can have a GM help me with this race change error, that would be great.
