Resummoning warlock pet should reset all the pet spell cooldowns

What kind of bug is it? (Quest, Class, Spell, PvE)

How can you reproduce it?
Summon a felhunter, cast spell lock, resummon felhunter -> spell lock still has a cooldown

Please describe, in detail, what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
All of the pets cooldowns are supposed to reset

Please describe, in detail, what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
It is not reseting the cooldowns
