I donated via my mothers credit card since she does not have a paypal account but somehow managed to mess up the email address; so I donated again got my other codes. So basically I've received 2/4 of my codes. I emailed the GM team or whatever and this was not acknowledged so I emailed again but I am still waiting for a response. I'm making this forum post in an attempt to get further noticed so I can receive my other 2 codes.
