Downloading the Smolderforge client

I already have WoW installed but it is not on the BC patch, I think it is at a Cataclysm patch. Is there anyway to change that and not have to download the whole game to 2.4.3?

No, you cannot downgrade a retail client to a version earlier like that. You will need to download the client. Our's are seeded very well so it should be pretty fast.
