Quest: "Vision Guide" Bug

What is the bug?
Although you use the questitem the quest is not marked as completed.

Is it a spell or database issue? (database relates to any NPC, quest or item)
It is a database issue.

How can you reproduce it?
It occurs everytime you use the questitem.

Please describe, in detail what is suppose to occur when this bug happens:
Upon using the questitem you should automatically sent on a trip to a location inside a cave to discover said location und therefore fulfill the quest objective.

Please describe, in detail what happens when it bugs up, and how it's malfunctioning:
Although you're sent to the right place you dont discover the location and therefore the quest objective is not completed.
