Azuregos - the world boss is not ressing. I killed him 9 days back. The drop chance is less than 1% and still you need to wait 1 year to get 1 recipe. Repair him to ress like every day or after few hours.

It is fairly likely that someone else is killing him. He usually spawns every few days.
