Furious Crawdad bugged?

Hello everyone...I was bussy lvling cooking and fishing,my goal was to make http://www.wowhead.com/spell=33296 so i need http://www.wowhead.com/item=27439 but even i was fishing about 2 hours on place where it should be fished,i didnt collect any of it so i think it is bugged. If anyone know something about that please post it here.

I leveled both my cooking and fishing to the maximum on several characters, it should work as intended. You can buy materials at the innkeeper at the Isle of Quel'Danas like Wacco stated above.
