GM/HW gear only for rank 14

Strip everyone who isn't rank 14 of the gear and then make it a requirement. Gear is way to insignificant on this server. Part of what made so many people play wow is because the items were a symbol of a time investment. They made you different than everyone else... Transmog was a good way to make people feel unique instead of everyone running around in merc/veng/ and brutal. Even things such as tabards and mounts are way to easy to get. You mine as well make them free. So many items are meaningless on this server and you are eventually going to run out of shit to give. You clearly do not see the psychological trick that had millions of people wanting to play 10 + hours a day. And I can tell you they weren't investing that much time to be like everyone else out there... WoW had people attached to their character. I'm not asking for everything to be vanilla wow hard, but make us invest some damn time in our characters. This would probably bring more active people too.

I agree with you, I do believe there should be some sort of restrictions for R14 gear, but you have to remember it's a private server, it's not the real wow. People aren't willing to put in as much time because it's not the real thing.

Yes I am not saying do it to the extreme. But the server is purely PvP so that cuts the time that leveling and PvE would take. There is certainly room to make some of these items take some time to get...

Good idea, it will make the gearsets way more unique and at least you got some pieces to collect again. Also many random / new players won't get those that easy than and they need to do a lot of bg's to do them but that's a good thing right they got at least something to play for.

On the other hand it will maybe provoke people to farm more graveyards cuz they need the HK's badly for the gear ;d.

Anyways in my opinion it would be cool if the High Warlord gear would be available because at this very moment only Warlord gear is available.
