realmlist problems

Whenever i change the realmist and save it using notepad then return to winrar. It tells me it needs to update archive, whenever I do this it sticks on 0% and doesn't do anything, help me please!

Try "Save As", save to Desktop, and then click & drag it into the WoW folder and overwrite the one in there.
