problem with votepoints ->badges of justice

i will fast explain the problem... i login at the votesite with my account dates... then i select the amount of badges of justice i will send.. i select the char wich should get the badges of justice.. and then i press claim.. but there isn´t happening anything... so i decided to open a ticket, but i had the ticket open now for 2-3 days and anything happened, so i decided to write it on forum. i dunno if more ppl got this problem but would be nice if u could solve that problem soon = )

dear hen.. if i would post u a screenshot with the votepoints.. could u then add me the badges of justice i would get with the votepoints? i would need them on the char named Unfaithful... then u can delete my votepoints and all is fine.. i´ve got 130 votepoints.. would be around 140 badges of justice.. = )
