I know that Cg/Sarah and Grumniss can do both of the rings and i guess Monester can do it to.
Wellington, Grumniss and Ly can do the Sunfire Handwraps
Theres also a irani mage that can do all the rings but i cant his name tho.. btw noone of them plays here anymore :D
