Are there GM apps?

I've noticed there are not many GMs on most of the time and I was wondering if there's any spaces available? If so where can I get the format to apply?

If you can't find the GM apps then please don't be a GM here. Also if the GM's are online they are invisible or on GM Isle that's why you don't see them online.
If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you..
