Delay in responses from me

Hi everyone,

Some of you who have personally contacted me, or have open tickets requiring my attention have probably noticed an extremely long wait time for a response. Firstly, I apologize but currently I am in a position where I am unable to address many of these in a timely manner. As I have explained here, I am currently preparing, packing, etc. to move back to university in a couple of days and begin training for my job there.

Once I am settled in I should resume to a normal schedule and get caught up within a couple of days. I apologize for the wait--you are not being ignored. PLEASE do not try contacting me 2-5 different ways just because you are impatient and assume I am ignoring you. This is NOT the case. Contacting me multiple ways severely hinders my response time to you, and the response time to others and clogs up the system. I read the forums, PMs, emails, tickets, etc. Contacting me all of these ways, and sometimes even more does not help anyone, including yourself.

About the gm's ingame can someone tell me what they are actually doing over there? playing together?
making love? i have no idea... never see one online nor doing something usefull. I had a open ticket for
23 days this is not henhouse hes fault but clearly gm's fault 23 days are way to long. I am self SMod on a
site and if we should wait even wait a week we will have a problem. I do not say that smolderforge is a
bad server but i do say that it is going downwards with gm's and i want to warn henhouse for this. I Do
only blame the gm's on the 2.4.3 server i do not blame the coders because i know this is just a shitload
of work and they do a really good job as a small as it is.
I hope that a gm wil read this message and opens hes eyes.

GM's are invisible and on GM Isle that's why you never see them. They only make an appearance if allowed too. Also if you read Henhouse his post you can see that it will take longer then normal. Simple just use brains before you reply it's really not that hard to read.

Maybe they cannot help you with your issue and maybe only Henhouse can help you with it. Depends on what it is =).

maybe but they could give us a small reply or somehting else. It was about a pet that was bugged that
couldn't be catched. Asked for a spawn.
