Naxxramas:
Noth - Sometimes does not teleport, remains in room untargetable but does not attack (minor bug).

Heigan - Allegedly, lava does not have a pattern or a safe area. I'm inclined to believe tanks are bad though.

Patchwerk - 2x Patchwerks spawned in Naxx 10. Not sure if this is a 10 man bug or due to cross faction raids.

Ulduar:
Flame Leviathan - Vehicles are barely functional.
Cannot switch to different passenger positions in vehicles.
Siege Engine has no passenger seat, therefor no passenger abilities.
Demolishers - Passenger seats are available, but do not have any functions. Passengers in demolishers take damage from boss instead of being protected by the vehicle.

Ignis - Does not put people inside Slag pot

XJ - 002 Deconstructor - Heart is not targetabble or attackable. Adds do not spawn during Heart Phase. Trash in room does not agro if not killed.

Assembly of Iron - Stormcaller Brundir often goes into the walls, going out of LoS while still doing waid ride AoE attacks. Hodir agroed from across the instance. Bosses did not reset properly and were in hallway instead of in their room.

Kologarn - Does not properly rise upon entering his room. Will stay below the platform until the raid wipes. Not sure if his bridge works upon his death or not. Players not healable when grabbed by arms (vehicle tag).


Icecrown Citadel:
Blood Prince Council - Dark Nuclei do not follow the last person to do damage to them as they should.

Sindragosa - Some LoS issues regarding Frost Tombs, although they are targetable and attackable now. Frost Bombs being cast behind Ice Tombs occasionally. No Frost Tombs are cast in phase 3 when they should continue when she is on the ground.
