Not getting Bloodlust buff

So I'm doin arena right, doin some sham/war havin a fun time. tryin to blow up this fuckin druid in 1 sec but NOPE bloodlust did not affect me at all. I relogged 3 times and it's happened every time. In the same group and EVERYthing so, please fix this. Thanks!
