Cant log on :/

Yo, I cant seem to log on, On any of my accounts i dont even get to the charr screen i get to authenticating and the just "you have been diconnected from the server" Is this just me?

you got 2 seperate servers on smolderforge or in general any server that enables us to play.

Logon server -
realm server -
as shown on the online list, people are still in the realm before the logon server
crashed/froze.

that is why you are still seeing players online ingame.

Yep the realm (account) server froze. This happens when it is left online for like weeks at a time without restarting. I need to keep a habit of restarting it weekly.

The world server didn't crash at all, so people online were able to stay online. Server is back and functional. I apologize for the problems.
